Early Symposium Registration on or before August 14, 2026: Regular: $1000; Student: $500

Symposium Registration on or before September 19, 2026: Regular: $1100; Student: $550

Late Symposium Registration September 20, 2026: Regular: $1200; Student: $600

Symposium Registration Cost Includes:

• Poster Session Reception – evening October 26, 2026
• AM refreshments (daily)
• PM refreshments (daily)
• Lunch (daily)
• Dinner/Banquet – evening October 27, 2026

Last day to register for the Symposium is October 19, 2026. Please note to ensure lab access during the events, you will need to register by the following dates.

• US Nationals – September 19, 2026
• Foreign Nationals – August 19, 2026

TOUGH Short Courses (see Schedule)

Short Course Registration (must register on or before October ): Regular: $1600 (per course); Student: $1000 (per course)

Short Course Registration Cost Includes:

• Courses are 2.5 days in length (AM/PM Refreshments & Lunch on the full days; either AM or PM refreshments on the half day)
• Dinner on the first night of the course
• “Modified” version of TOUGH simulation software (sufficient for course exercises)
• 2026 TOUGH Course Agendas will be coming soon. Visit our TOUGH website for more information on courses.
